We had our biggest crowd ever last Saturday even though we were missing a few regulars. Thanks to everyone for coming out. It was a beautiful day. I've got videos here.
We had a few new people. They were in good shape and got their first dose of CrossFit.
Jim, one of our founding members, brought along his son Mike who was back in town visiting. Mike trains at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City. Elizabeth came all the way from Solon with her two sons. Kathryn found us on meetup.com. She says she's bringing friends with her next time.
