Come out and join us this Saturday morning

Paul and Nancy have cooked up a great combo for this weekend's outdoor workout. We'll be starting at 9:30am this Saturday 7/28 at our normal location in the Metroparks. Check our Schedule page for more info or click here for a map.

We had a smaller than normal crowd last week, but I expect a record number to show up this weekend. Thanks to Dylon, we now have music blaring during the workouts. Thanks to me, we don't have videos or pics this time.

A few of our crowd plays volleyball and Hooverball at noon on Sundays at Whisky Island/Kelly Park. Check with Troy, Sean, Katie or Jason for more details.

No excuses, it's all free- be there!

Tobey and I will try and make it for your workout. We are in town for a wedding. As long as Eric makes it back from his flight physical, we will see you there. Need me to bring rings or anything?
