It's August already, yikes!!
Thanks to Paul and Nancy for handing last week's CrossFit workout without us. Staci and I had a blast at Kelley's Island. We'll be back for this weekend's workout, we hope to see everyone there.

How far do you run? Im just getting into being a serious runner so not sure if I would be a good fit.
Consider being a serious CF'r, while you're running will improve somewhat, you're overall physical conditioning will improve immensely.
