20+ came out last Saturday for our Outdoor CrossFit workout. We did pushups, box step-ups, Overhead Squats and handstand holds, 6-9-12-15-18-21 reps of each. I've got the video posted here.
Happy Birthday to Nancy(14th) and Paul(16th). They got the day off for a trip to the islands. We couldn't have made it anyways!

Looks like things are picking up in Cleveland. I will be in Cleveland for a wedding on Saturday. What time is your workout?
