Going Strong!

We had a great group of fitness buffs show up last weekend. .

It was good to see Mike R. return after a month long absense. Jason rocked with a super performance doing the pushup ladders workout. He took on my RAW Fitness challenge to add 5 pullups at each odd interval of the ladders. This circuit may become one of our CrossFit Cleveland Benchmark workouts!
