Paul Z. and I completed our CrossFit Level I Certification at HyperFit USA in Ann Arbor, MI. I kicked my own ass and learned a ton of fundamental movements that are the heart of the CrossFit regimen.
Crossfit works for Navy Seals, Ultimate Fighters, soccer moms and even lazy executives. Everyone. Our workouts do not vary in kind, only in intensity. If you show up, we'll tailor the workout for your current ability. Something you can do, but just barely.

We'll be organizing free outdoor group CrossFit workouts on Saturday mornings starting in May. Donations are gladly accepted and all money will fund equipment purchases for the new facility. Check the schedule link on the upper right of this page(coming soon).
Aaron Shaffer also attended the seminar. He will be starting a group on the east side soon. I'll post his contact information once he gives me the go.
Our new facility will be located in the west suburbs. We'll have group CrossFit classes, Fitness BootCamps, Hapkido, Parkour, kickboxing and ground grappling training.
