Update on our new CrossFit Cleveland, OH facility
Work is progressing inside our new location. We picked up over 4,000 pounds of rubber flooring today. Paul and I get to unload the truck after work, that's our WOD today! Once the paint on the floor cures we'll be installing the new mats.
In case you have not heard, CrossFit Cleveland's new location is at 17140 Madison Avenue in Lakewood. We're on the north east corner of Mckinley and Madison, two minutes off the McKinley/I-90 exit. Stay tuned for details on opening day.
This place will look nothing like your typical health club or rec center. In fact, we'll have 60 feet of pullup bars right off the bat! It will be for people who are looking for a better, more effective way to exercise. Our focus is on training and coaching to give you optimum results in 30 minutes or less. Young and older, fit or lazy - if you show up, we'll teach you how to get and stay in better shape.
We'll have early morning and after-work group CrossFit workouts during the week and on saturday mornings, for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Our schedule will expand as our group demands. We plan to add Boot Camp, Kick Boxing, Ground Grappling and self defense classes beginning in January.
Membership Rates
We have special rates for people who commit to join before 11/30/07. You can pay for individual workouts or join as a member and pay on monthly basis as listed below. We do not have any contracts or long term commitments, you can quit anytime. Please let us know which will work for you. We'll reserve you a spot now and you can pay whenever you actually start.
Individual Group Workouts
$15 per workout - pay as you go
$100 for 10 workouts - Punch Card
Memberships:
$60 per month - Two (2) workouts per week
$90 per month - Unlimited workouts and/or workout on your own
$125 per month - Platinum Founder's Club Member, attend unlimited classes, keycard access to workout whenever, private locker, plus a guest pass to bring a friend along every time you workout (Limit same guest twice a month) Only eight of these memberships are left.
A spouse can join at 50% off your monthly rate. Full-time students, active military and law enforcement personnel receive a $10 per month discount. Additional family discounts are available, please inquire if you are interested.
All workouts will be managed by a CrossFit Cleveland trainer. Unlimited members may attend any group workout or use the facility on their own during open hours.
Yes, we'll continue the free basic workouts at 9:30am on Saturdays after we open.
