Jason's first Muscle-up


Jason's name is now on the Muscle-Up board at CrossFit Cleveland. Paul and Jason are the first two people to make the list. A muscle-up is like the biggest pullup you've ever done immediately followed by the deepest ring dip you can think of. Congrats Jason, and welcome back!
