High Intensity Fitness Workouts - Crossfit

We teach you how to work out using functional exercises performed at high intensity, or better said "at unsustainable levels". You will work multiple muscle groups at CrossFit Cleveland. Isolated movements provide little or no improvement in your ability to perform day to day tasks. We work your whole body, building your strength and stamina.

Building strength endurance. Increasing physical work capacity. Winning a gravel shoveling contest. Kicking your teenager's butt in any competition. We can help you, check us out.

Jason's first Muscle-up


Jason's name is now on the Muscle-Up board at CrossFit Cleveland. Paul and Jason are the first two people to make the list. A muscle-up is like the biggest pullup you've ever done immediately followed by the deepest ring dip you can think of. Congrats Jason, and welcome back!
