What is the All New You Challenge?
The All New You Challenge is a 6-week program for individuals seeking a serious change to their health and fitness.
Who is it for?
The All New You Challenge is for those willing to commit to attending classes three days per week, working hard and learning to clean up their eating habits. If you need help and want to see meaningful results, this program is for you. No prior experience is necessary.
When does it start?
Group 1: Mon/Wed/Fri at 10:30am, starts Monday June 5, 2017
Group 2: Tue/Thur 7:30pm & Sat 7:30am, starts Tuesday June 6, 2017.

More about the 6 Week All New You Challenge
Of course you can’t completely change yourself in six weeks, but you can certainly change your direction in terms of your fitness and weight loss goals. The chances are you’ve tried this on your own a few times before, and maybe a lot of times. Why will our All New You Challenge be any different? First, you’ll have a coach helping you every step of the way. A coach to teach you simple ways to begin cleaning up your eating habits. A coach to teach you how to perform simple exercises and put them together in combinations that make for workouts that challenge you, but allow you to finish. You’ll begin to gain a sense of confidence that you’ve all but forgotten. You’ll begin to have higher energy levels throughout the day. You’ll hear people tell you that you are looking great and asking what it is that you are doing. All of this will make you stronger and able to stick with your new found routine and continue to improve in all areas of your life. You’ll become better, period. An All New You.
We’ve helped hundreds of people here in town, just like you, change the direction of their lives. They all seemed to have a sense of hopelessness with their current situation and a strong desire to make a change. They just didn’t know what to do to get the results they were striving for. We were able to help them start making the right choices and stick with a new routine. Our six week All New You Challenge is the place to start.
You don’t have to be in good shape to start this program. That’s our job. To help you where you are to get where you want to be. To become the best version of yourself and remain that way. If you are between the ages of 25 and 65, you can do this. The truth is, you’ll surprise yourself as to what you can begin to do. Walking through our doors is the hardest part. If you show up and participate, you’ll get results. You’ll begin to see an All New You.
You’ll start out slow in a small group of like minded people. People with the same struggles and challenges as you have. Your coach will get your group moving, in a safe structured environment. You’ll learn simple, but effective tips on cleaning up your diet and making smarter choices throughout the day. You’ll meet for three one-hour sessions per week for six weeks. All you need to do is show up willing to sweat a little, learn a little and make a few changes in your habits. You’ll have a little homework following each session designed to keep you on track. You’ll also have access to your coach through our online conferencing system to answer any questions and help hold you accountable to your goals. You can choose to do this in one of our small groups, or in your own private group for one-on-one or couples coaching sessions. Either way, we highly recommend having a spouse, partner or close friend join you to improve your chances for success.
We have two new group starting in June 2017. Group 1 meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30am. Group 2 meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 7:30am. You can register below and get your journey started. The cost is $295 per person for the six week group challenge. We’ll contact you right away to become better acquainted before the All New You Challenge begins. If you choose the private sessions, we can schedule those at times most convenient to you.
