There are several start-up options in order to join our CrossFit group classes:
CrossFit Experienced: If you have worked out at a CrossFit affiliate gym for at least three months, you can skip the start-up options and jump right in. See Below.
KickStart Program: Five Private Sessions, recommended for most people starting a new fitness routine. Click Here.
QuickStart Program: One Foundation’s Session, recommended for active people in good shape but just starting CrossFit. Click Here.
