Our Rocky River Fitness classes are for people of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to improve their health and fitness. All classes listed below are available on a drop-in basis for $15 per visit. Punch Cards and Monthly Packages are available.
There is no need to register in advance, you can simply show up for any of the following classes:
6:30am – Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
6:30pm – Tuesdays & Thursdays

7:30pm – Mondays & Wednesdays
11:00am – Saturdays
Julie’s Boot Camp
9:30am – Tuesdays & Thursdays
Kickboxing with Randy L.
9:30am – Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays
7:00pm – Wednesdays
You can click on “Try Your First Class Free” below to receive a certificate for a trial class. Please show a paper or screen copy of the certificate when you arrive at the gym.
