There are several startup options in order to join our CrossFit group classes:
KickStart: Five Private Sessions, recommended for most people getting started in a new fitness routine. See Below.
QuickStart: One Foundation’s Session, recommended for active people in good shape but just starting CrossFit. Click Here.
CrossFit Experienced: If you have worked out at a CrossFit affiliate gym for at least three months, you can skip the start-up options and jump right in. Click Here to Start Right Now.
Our KickStart Program includes five (5) one-on-one personal training sessions to better prepare you for our CrossFit group workouts. We teach you proper form and technique for many of the exercises used in our workouts at a slow, detailed pace. Each session is scheduled around your busy life. The KickStart Program is recommended for people just starting a new fitness routine. The cost is $249.
Once you complete the KickStart Program, you can attend any of the group workout times on our schedule. You can get started by registering below. Once we receive your payment, we will begin the scheduling process for your first private session.
