We have a new program that might be perfect for you to get back on track towards better health and fitness.

  • Are you stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get it in gear?

  • Have you taken a recent break from the gym and afraid to jump back in?

Guess what?  It happens to the best of us.  The thought of getting back on track is intimidating if not down right scary.  If you can relate to any of this, relax. We’re here to help you.

Have you seen the movie “What About Bob”, or at least heard the term “Baby Steps”? That’s what we’re talking about.  We’ll hold your hand through a step-by-step plan of action to get you back on track.  We have a 10-step plan that can be tailored to your situation and goals.  It’s so simple you’ll even laugh about it.  You’ll have to put in some effort of course, but in small, easy to do steps.

The first step is to contact us and set up a 15 minute meeting to talk about your situation.  No workout.  No training session. No sweat at all.  Just a conversation. We’ll talk about our 10-Step Re-Entry Program to give you some ideas on what to do next.  We can meet at the gym or at Whole Foods for a coffee or cold beverage.  You choose.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
