9:30am – Tuesdays and Thursdays
Julie has been teaching Boot Camp Classes and personal training for over eight years.

Beginner Fitness Workouts
7:30pm – Mondays and Wednesdays
11:00am – Saturdays
Classes consist of body-weight exercises, using no weights and minimal equipment. Scalable to all fitness levels.
6:30am – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
6:30pm – Tuesdays and Thursdays
Classes consist of CrossFit-style workouts without the heavy barbells. A combination of cardio and strength training in a less intimidating environment. Scalable to all fitness levels.
Kickboxing by Randy L.

7:00pm – Wednesdays
Randy is a longtime martial arts and kickboxing instructor. He will lead you through an hour of drills and movements guaranteed to make you sweat like never before. No prior experience is necessary. Scalable to all fitness levels
