The All New You Challenge is a 6-week program for individuals seeking a serious change to their health and fitness.
Who is it for?
The All New You Challenge is for those willing to commit to attending classes three days per week, working hard and learning to clean up their eating habits. If you need help and want to see meaningful results, this program is for you. No prior experience is necessary.
When does it start?
Group 1: Mon/Wed/Fri at Noon, starts Monday April 16, 2018
Group 2: Mon/Wed 6:30pm & Sat 7:30am, starts Monday April 16, 2018
