You can choose from a new WOD that will be posted on the board, make up any workout from the past week, or use today as an Open Gym format to work on skills/drills/weaknesses.

It’s all business as usual this weekend. Doors open Saturday morning at 8:00am with warmups starting every half hour up until 10:00am. Basic Intro Workout at 11:00am, a perfect way to introduce your friends and family to our workouts, and members are welcome to join in. Their first visit is free. No need to register in advance, just show up a few minutes early.
Sunday: Open Gym from 9:0am until 11:00am. Please take advantage of this time. If attendance is low or non-existant through February we will discontinue Sunday Open Gym sessions.
