All of our CrossFit classes are instructor-led and geared towards all fitness levels. Our workouts change every day so you won’t get bored and you’ll keep making progress month after month, year after year. Simply show up, do the work, and get positive results.
CrossFit training focuses on providing improvement in many aspects of your physical fitness, not just one or two like most training systems. We strive for increases in the following ten domains of fitness: Cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, accuracy, coordination and balance. By varying exercise types, loads, and time durations we deliver increases in capacity across all ten aspects of your fitness.
If that sounds confusing, don’t worry. Our clients love our workouts because they don’t have to think. They show up and there is a warmup, workout and cooldown on the board every day. We take the thinking out of your fitness routine. As we routinely say, “Show up, do the work, and you’ll get the results you are after.”
