CrossFit Executive Fitness Programs: Our Executive Fitness Programs have been very popular for the past ten years. We have a lot of people who join and jump right in our regular group classes with our experienced members. However, many people prefer to have a bit more structure and a way to ‘ease in’ to a new workout routine. If that sounds like you, this program is perfect. You’ll be in a small group with a set schedule, and have the facility to yourselves along with an instructor. We have 4-week, 12 session program offered throughout the year, both evenings and mid-days. If this sounds like something that interests you, read on:
Our 12-session program is designed for those of you who are out of shape and want to get started on an exercise program that really works. If you finish, I guarantee that you will be stronger, faster and just plain feel better. You will lose weight, but how much is really up to you.
You don’t have to be an executive, just someone between the ages of 18 and 80 who wants to get back in shape but doesn’t know how to start. You will train in either your own private group sessions or join one of our scheduled groups. Class run three days per week for four weeks. A CrossFit Cleveland coach will instruct and manage your group at all times. You will learn the correct way to perform many functional exercises using proper form and technique. All exercises will be scaled to your current ability and fitness level. If that sounds hard to pull off, it is. That’s why we get the ‘big bucks’!
Currently we are offering our 12-Session Program at a cost of $200 per person. You can join one of our scheduled groups or gather your own private group with a minimum of three people, or $600, and schedule your sessions around your busy schedule(s). Private Group: You form your own group and schedule times around your schedule. Begin by registering for up to three people for $600. You can have additional participants then register individually. There is a limit of 10 participants per group.
