We work with regular, everyday people, between their 20’s and 70’s, who all want to live a healthier life and to look and feel better. You will enjoy our supportive environment of like-minded people and coaches who really care about your progress.
Get ready to take your First Step to a better you. Your First Step is simply our opportunity to meet and talk.
When you arrive at our facillity, one of our coaches will congratulate you for walking through our door. That really is the hardest step.
We’ll start off with a little discovery. Your coach will ask you about your present situation, past experiences and current goals, all relating to your health and wellness. Based on that conversation, we’ll be able to give you more information on our training options as they best fit your needs. There are no sales pitches or pressure of any kind. If you like what you see and hear, we’ll talk about your next step. If you are not sure, you are welcome to take our information and ‘think it over’. We’ll be ready for you when you are.
First Step ‘b’
Next, we’ll give you a quick tour of our facility and possibly introduce you to a member or two along the way. Our crowd is very welcoming, so don’t be surprised if several people introduce themselves and welcome you. You’ll see our two main workout areas, personal training stations, front counter/reception area, changing rooms and our bathrooms, complete with two private showers.
First Step ‘c’
If you come dressed in comfortable clothing, we’ll give you the option of a basic movement assessment to better determine how to get started towards your goals. If you are in work clothes, don’t worry. Your First Step visit does not involve any sweating whatsoever.
Remember, walking through our door is the hardest part about getting on your way to better health and fitness. Taking your First Step gets you started!
