There are several startup options in order to join our CrossFit group classes:
QuickStart Program: One Foundation’s Session, recommended for active people in good shape but just starting CrossFit. See Below.
Kickstart Program: Five Private Sessions, recommended for most people starting a new fitness routine. Click Here.
CrossFit Experienced: If you have worked out at a CrossFit affiliate gym for at least three months, you can skip the start-up options and jump right in. Click Here.
Our QuickStart Program includes one (1) CrossFit Foundations Session scheduled at a time convenient for you. The Quickstart Program is for people who are in good shape and exercise regularly but unfamiliar with CrossFit workouts. We teach you proper form and technique for some of the more advanced exercises used in our workouts and show you how to scale and modify the movements to your current ability and fitness level. The cost is $55. This fee is waived if you choose our 3-month Unlimited Plan below.
*** We can give you a personal assessment to determine if you qualify for the QuickStart Program, or if you need to start with our 5-session KickStart Program instead. Just contact us or attend one of our free Basic Intro Workouts on any Saturday at 11:00am. We are happy to talk about your options after you complete the class.
Once you complete the QuickStart Program, you can attend any of the group workout times on our schedule. You can get started by registering below. Once we receive your payment, we will begin the scheduling process for your first session.
