Traditional CrossFit works really, really well. Competition CrossFit might get you injured and/or burned out. There is a major difference between the two sides of CrossFit and we’ve learned from our mistakes over the past 12+ years. We focus on Traditional CrossFit as Greg Glassman introduced to us back in 2006.

We work with a select group of people, primarily professionals and business executives, who all want to live a healthier life and to look and feel better. Ages range from teens to seniors, and everyone in between. You will enjoy our supportive environment of like-minded people and coaches who really care about your progress. You will get steady progress over the long term. Our motto, “Show up, do the work, and you’ll get the results.”
We base our training on CrossFit methods because we feel it’s the best path to increasing overall health and fitness. A variety of strength and conditioning workouts, proper nutrition consisting of non-processed foods, and plenty of sleep all combine to build a better you. The reality is, most people don’t do so well all by themselves. They do better working together with us.

KickStart Group Program – We are looking for 4 people who can start next week, attending three classes per week for two weeks. You will be taught, step-by-step, a variety of our fundamental exercises tailored to your ability level under the watchful eye of a coach. As you progress through the sessions, you will build your capacity and your confidence. Before you know it, you’ll be ready to join our daily CrossFit classes. KickStart Private Program – If your schedule does not allow you to participate in our Group Program, you can get it on a private session basis. You pick the days and times that work for you. Click here for details on our KickStart Private Program
Executive Fitness Starter Program – This is our flagship program started back in 2007. Three classes per week for six weeks, in a small group with a coach. By the time you complete these six weeks, you’ll be well on your way on a new path to health and fitness. Click here for more on our Executive Fitness Starter Program.
If you are not sure what to do, schedule a “First Step” meeting or phone call. We’ll talk about your current situation and goals regarding your health and fitness. There’s no workout involved, so don’t worry about getting sweaty. There’s no high-pressure sales pitch, either. It’s simply your First Step to a better you.

If you are ready, our Executive Fitness Starter Program is for adults of any age, especially those who need more structure and guidance to get back on a better path to health and fitness.
