Hi I’m Staci Russell owner of CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River, Ohio. I have struggled my almost my entire life with health and nutrition and as the last kid picked on the on the playground. I was always a heavier set kid. I’ve struggled. I’ve been there. I know how hard it is and it doesn’t have to be hard. It really doesn’t. We’re going to help you make better habits. I’m going to help you just transform your life.

It’s not a diet, it’s really about how can I do this every day, day in day out. How do I go to a birthday party, how do I go on vacation. It’s habit-based and we teach you every step of the way with what you need to do to help improve your habits, to make healthy choices. Like I said every day.
We started Crossfit Cleveland in 2007. Since then we’ve been helping hundreds and hundreds of people with their fitness and nutrition through the years. I have found that the combination of fitness and nutrition together is the key. You can work out and think you eat well but actually knowing the combinations of food, how to eat them, when to eat them, is key. Bill and I have been talking about nutrition since day one. We believe that it goes along with the base of our foundation. We believe sleep, nutrition, restoration, fitness, all go hand in hand. I’m going to be here every step of the way to help you hit all your goals, nutrition and fitness, or perhaps you only want one or the other, I’m here.
I’ve recently partnered with HSN, Healthy Steps Nutrition, and our program is just doing great. Everybody who has started with us is seeing results – their inches are going down their fat loss is improving, their muscle mass is up, they’re hitting PR’s in the gym. It’s just amazing to see the tremendous results that everybody’s having now that they’ve added the nutrition in with their workouts.
