We have several ways to get started training with us, depending on your current abilities, preferences and schedule. You do not need any previous experience and we welcome all fitness and skill levels. Our job is to help you get ready at your own pace.
Our KickStart Group Program consists of six sessions with an experienced coach over a two-week period, in small group classes with a set schedule each week. You will receive step by step instruction, learning proper for and technique for many of the exercises in our CrossFit classes. After the six sessions, you will be able to attend any of our CrossFit classes for the following two weeks, at no extra charge.
Our KickStart Group Program is a two week program consisting of 3 classes per week, in a small group setting limited to five participants. We offer this Group Program each month at varying times. See below for the upcoming start dates/times.
April Group: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00am Starting Monday 4/01/2019 – ending Friday 4/12/2019. SOLD OUT
May Group: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.SOLD OUT
June Groups: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am SOLD OUT
October Group: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am. Starting Monday 9/30/2019 – ending Saturday 10/12/2019.
If our KickStart Group sessions don’t fit your schedule, we have our KickStart Private Program, consisting of five (5) personal training sessions scheduled to fit in to your hectic life.
