We have several ways to get started training with us, depending on your current abilities, preferences and schedule. One of the most popular is our KickStart Private Program, consisting of five (5) personal training sessions scheduled to fit in to your hectic life.
We’ve also added a new KickStart Group Program where you will receive the same instruction in a small group setting with a set schedule each week.
Our KickStart Group Program is a two week program consisting of 3 classes per week, in a small group setting limited to five participants. We offer this Group Program each month at varying times. See below for the upcoming start dates/times.
February Group: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am
Starting Monday 2/18/2019 – ending Saturday 3/2/2019. SOLD OUT
April Group: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00am
Starting Monday 4/01/2019 – ending Friday 4/12/2019.
May Group: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 7:00am
Starting Monday 5/06/2019 – ending Saturday 5/18/2019.
