There are several startup options in order to join our CrossFit group classes:
KickStart: Five Private Sessions, or two weeks of Group Classes, recommended for most people getting started in a new fitness routine. See Below.
QuickStart: One Foundation’s Session, recommended for active people in good shape but just starting CrossFit. Click Here.
CrossFit Experienced: If you have worked out at a CrossFit affiliate gym for at least three months, you can skip the start-up options and jump right in. Click Here to Start Right Now.
Our KickStart Private includes five (5) one-on-one personal training sessions to better prepare you for our CrossFit group workouts. We teach you proper form and technique for many of the exercises used in our workouts at a slow, detailed pace. Each session is scheduled around your busy life. The KickStart Program is recommended for people just starting a new fitness routine. The cost is $249.
Our KickStart Group Program is a two week program consisting of 3 classes per week, in a small group setting limited to five participants. We offer this Group Program each month. Please click here to see the upcoming start times and dates for the next KickStart Group Program.
Once you complete either KickStart Program, you can attend any of the group workout times on our schedule. You can get started by registering for the Kickstart Private Program below. Once we receive your payment, we will begin the scheduling process for your first private session. You can register for your KickStart Group Program here.
